New HUD Multifamily Housing Appointe, Carol Galante, Needs to Clean House

It looks like HUD should pay attention to its functionality and clean up its ranks, instead of looking the other way. This department needs to get its attention back focused onto its daily operations instead of the "mortgage crisis". Things are going to hell in a handbasket, and this commentator asks the new appointee to get things shaped up so low- income renters don't get morbidly stung by HUD incompetence. Bravo! Also see the interview of the new appointee, Carol Galante, appointed by Obama to head up HUD's huge multifamily (apartments) program.
